Fried Cauliflower
1 medium head cauliflower
2 beaten eggs
½ cup graded Romano cheese
2 teaspoons TexJoy Italian Seasoning
1 cup bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Wash and remove outer leaves of cauliflower, break into florets. Cook cauliflower in small amount of boiling water until half done; about 5 minutes. Drain. Mix beaten eggs, cheese and Italian seasoning, roll florets in mixture, then roll in bread crumbs. Fry in oil until golden brown.
