The way I had always imagined sausage should taste. I buy it by the 7# tubs. Use in my breakfast sausage as well as smoked links. 4 oz. weight. to 10 lbs. 50/50 pork/fat = Perfection. ?? Even the little kids love it. If you want hotter sausage, add your own peppers, not more of this product as you will quickly oversalt.
