We're big fans of Texjoy's Saltgrass 7 steak spice, but their steak seasoning is another excellent choice to use on everything. It is now a stable in our spice rack-we buy the big bottle! We use it on meat, pork, chicken, fish, seafood and vegetables. It's really good on fried potatoes and onions or on corn with butter. We give bottles of this seasoning as gifts and all have agreed that it is really good stuff and love the taste it adds to whatever they are cooking, grilling or smoking! They all want to know where they can buy more when they run out as TexJoy products are not sold on the west coast. I think they are missing a huge market for their products out here! I'm looking forward to trying the spicy blend of this seasoning soon.
